Great for back pains
If you're looking for a mattress topper to help with back pain then I recommend this one. I won't lie I'm one of those people who don't like to waste too much money and go with cheaper items instead. I'm glad my husband convinced me on wasting more money because going cheap isn't always the right way to go. I've had this topper for about 3 months already and I don't find sleeping being a pain. My back pain was so bad that I struggled on sleeping and, yes, I did purchase a new mattress so it wasn't the mattress until I got this topper and it's a big game changer.

Wonderful addition to my bed
