Twin Blankets

Our standard twin blanket size is approximately 60" x 80". That gives you enough length to tuck at the foot of the bed and enough width to drape neatly over the sides, so the blanket actually covers you - not just the top of the mattress. This sizing works well for most kids’ beds, bunk beds, and smaller guest setups.

A twin mattress is typically around 38" x 75", so our twin size blanket dimensions are intentionally larger at about 60" x 80". That extra fabric is what lets you tuck, fold, and drape the blanket without leaving gaps at your feet or sides. It also means the bed looks more finished once you layer on pillows or a comforter.

Twin blankets are most common in kids’ rooms, teen bedrooms, bunk beds, and compact guest spaces, but they also work well on daybeds and sofas. Anywhere you have a standard twin mattress and want a softer, more put-together look, a twin blanket is usually the easiest upgrade.

Our twin size blankets are designed to feel grown-up and comfortable, not like a “little kid” layer. The 60" x 80" sizing gives taller kids and teens enough coverage to stretch out, and the materials are soft and cozy without feeling heavy. They also pair well with cooling mattress toppers if you sleep hot and trying to upgrade an older twin mattress.

For most twin bed setups, we recommend starting with a fitted sheet, then your twin mattress pad or twin topper, then your twin comforter or duvet, and using the twin blanket as a flexible top or foot-of-bed layer. You can pull it up for extra warmth on colder nights or fold it neatly at the end of the bed so it’s ready for naps. In kids’ rooms and dorms, it also works well as the main visible layer with a comforter folded under or at the foot.

We offer multiple color options so you can match your throw to the mood of the room. A white throw blanket keeps things bright and minimal, while a black throw blanket or rich brown throw blanket adds more contrast and a grounded feel. If you want a pop of color, a blue throw blanket or pink throw blanket can be a simple way to change the look of your sofa or bedding without replacing your sheets, comforter, or pillows.

Our twin blankets are designed for easy care - machine wash on a cold, gentle cycle and tumble dry on low temp. This keeps the fleece or faux fur soft and reduces shedding over time. Because they’re simple to wash, they work well in high-use spaces like kids’ rooms, dorms, and guest beds.
