I suffer severe pain while standing or sitting or walking and laying flat. I bought a hybrid memory foam Alswell mattress from Walmart and I was always in pain and difficult to fall asleep. This second this topper is laying on my wooden floor it has not fully expanded and I am laying upon it briefly and I feel totally relaxed as if I were immersed in a gentle therapeutic foam. I feel no pain. I visited mattress firm company and their mattresses or toppers were in the hundreds of dollars. I think the cheapest was $499 and it was a single size. Mine is king size.
